California residents may submit applicable access, correction, deletion, or opt-out requests using the contact method described in Section 11.

13. Browser Privacy Signals

Some browsers provide “Do Not Track” settings. Because there is no uniform industry standard governing all Do Not Track signals, the Website may not respond to those settings.

Where required by applicable law and supported by our systems, we will process legally recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as an opt-out request for the browser or device transmitting the signal.

14. Children’s Privacy

The Website is intended for adults and business professionals. It is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13.

  • Data collection.

  • Security.

  • Privacy practices.

Your use of a social-media platform is governed by that platform’s terms and privacy policy.

17. International Visitors

Joule is based in the United States.

If you access the Website from another country, your information may be transferred to, processed in, or stored in the United States or another country where Joule or its service providers operate.

Privacy and data-protection laws in those countries may differ from those in your place of residence.
