Joule exists to make group travel more meaningful, connected, and memorable. In partnership with travel advisors, event planners, hotels, and hospitality teams, we design and facilitate custom Signature Experiences that are woven into beautifully planned itineraries — bringing moments of creativity, joy, renewal, and connection into the natural rhythm of the journey.

Together, Leah Garcia and Sarah Patterson bring a thoughtful blend of wellness, creativity, experience design, hospitality, and human connection to premium group travel. Our experience
Leah is the founder of Joule Experience Collection, where she works with travel partners to bring custom, retreat-inspired experiences into group travel, guest stays, and thoughtfully designed itineraries. A certified Fora travel advisor, National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and M.S. in Health and Wellness Management, Leah brings a wellness-informed perspective to experiences centered on creativity, joy, and renewal.
Based in northern Spain, Leah also brings a firsthand understanding of golf travel from years spent traveling alongside her husband, a golf professional, on the European Tour—giving her a particular insight into creating meaningful experiences for non-golfing partners and companions.
Serving as Lead Facilitator and Director of Experience Design, Sarah Patterson brings over a decade of expertise as an experiential learning designer, facilitator, and founder of the Creative Reset Experience™. For more than a decade, she has created immersive programs for corporations, healthcare organizations, educational institutions, nonprofits, and community groups — helping people connect, reflect, and discover new perspectives through creativity.
Known for designing experiences that feel welcoming, sensory, and deeply intentional, Sarah brings her signature approach to Joule through destination experiences inspired by place, culture, and meaningful human connection.
Together with a team of skilled facilitators, Leah and Sarah help transform group travel by integrating retreat-inspired programming into the journey—creating meaningful, connected, and memorable experiences guests carry with them long after they return home.
The Joule Collective
Joule also draws from a curated network of wellness professionals, artists, movement practitioners, meditation guides, leadership facilitators, and group experience specialists. Each expert is selected with care to align with the journey theme, destination, audience, and desired outcome.
