Joule exists to make group travel more meaningful, connected, and memorable. In partnership with travel advisors, event planners, hotels, and hospitality teams, we design and facilitate custom Signature Experiences that are woven into beautifully planned itineraries — bringing moments of creativity, joy, renewal, and connection into the natural rhythm of the journey.

Together, Leah Masten and Sarah Patterson bring a thoughtful blend of wellness, creativity, experience design, hospitality, and human connection to premium group travel. Our experience

Leah Masten founded Joule Experience Collection from a belief that the most memorable journeys are shaped not only by where we go, but by how fully we experience them.

A certified Fora travel advisor, Leah holds an M.S. in Health and Wellness Management and has completed additional training through Cornell, Stanford, the Chopra Institute, and Heart-Centered Living. Drawing on this background and years of international living and travel, she brings a thoughtful wellness lens to the design of group experiences centered on creativity, joy, and renewal.

Now based in northern Spain, Leah works with travel advisors and planners to add meaningful, beautifully integrated programming to their itineraries—creating moments that invite travelers to slow down, participate, and connect more deeply with the journey itself.

Serving as Lead Facilitator and Director of Experience Design, Sarah Patterson brings over a decade of expertise as an experiential learning designer, facilitator, and founder of the Creative Reset Experience™. For more than a decade, she has created immersive programs for corporations, healthcare organizations, educational institutions, nonprofits, and community groups — helping people connect, reflect, and discover new perspectives through creativity.

Known for designing experiences that feel welcoming, sensory, and deeply intentional, Sarah brings her signature approach to Joule through destination experiences inspired by place, culture, and meaningful human connection.

Together, with a team of facilitators, Leah and Sarah help create journeys guests carry with them long after they return home.

The Joule Collective

Joule also draws from a curated network of wellness professionals, artists, movement practitioners, meditation guides, leadership facilitators, and group experience specialists. Each expert is selected with care to align with the journey theme, destination, audience, and desired outcome.
